Which would you prefer? A fast way with results that won't last long? Or an efficient way with results that will last forever? I vote against the first way; it’s a waste of time. It's not worth the weight loss if you only regain it after a short time. That’s called a rebound process, and it's a natural body defense.
I'll talk here about five fundamental things that must operate together. If you want to start a program, the five fundamentals will help you reset your lifestyle in a way that supports your goals and also help your body to raise its metabolism, while serving your body with as much energy as it can receive from food intake.
The most important point is → EAT MORE FREQUENT: Yes, I am serious. Increase the number of your meals per day. Have a small meal ever four hours to increase the rate of your body metabolism. You should eat at least four meals a day, but not more than six meals a day, with a ratio of 50% carbohydrates – 25%proteins – 25% fats.
→DRINK ENOUGH WATER: If you don’t consume the adequate amount of water your body needs, you will dehydrate, resulting in your body being unable to lose water and fat. This is because fat cells in your body contain a large amount of water in their structure. Dehydration also slows the growth rate of your body, leading to muscle loss. And that is never beneficial for your health. It gives you a saggy, baggy look, too.
→MAINTAINE A BALANCED EXCRESISES: Cardio and resistance exercises are the best to reach the perfect results. Cardio is good for getting rid of fat; it burns it. Resistance is a bit more difficult, but is so helpful for increasing your metabolic rate and building muscle.
→SUPPLEMENTS NEEDED: Nutrient supplements should be taken in a smart way to insure you are giving your body all the nutrient substances it requires. A sustained release multivitamin daily is very supportive here. It comes in pill or liquid form; the choice is yours. You also should take de-tox formulas to rid the body of unacceptable toxins.
→SLEEP WELL: This is a basic point you have to thoughtfully consider. Sleeping is an auto-refreshment factor that allows the body to function at optimal level.
It would be easy for me to detail a few exercises for you here. However, if you've been told that exercise is all you need, you've been deceived. If exercise were all that is needful, everyone would be at the gym feeling healthy and showing off a perfect body.
